~ Services ~

  Customization

If you wish to personalize your own Japonica, we do allow customization.
Simply email us your requirements and we will revert to you with a quote
and pictures of the materials used. However, please note that once you have
advised us to proceed, further changes to the design may incur additional cost
and delay to its birth. We need to receive your payment before we can proceed
with the customization, please bear with us on this as we have to ensure it is
  a genuine order.

Just a small note that alteration and customization are actually different,
if you need the length of the items to be altered during your purchase,
  it is free-of-charge!

  Servicing

We encourage all the Japonicas to be recycled. If there are any parts
of the Japonica not in good condition after a period of time, we can fix it with
a nominal fee. Write in to us with a picture of the 'sick' Japonica
and we would be delighted to advise you whether it can be fixed.
