~ Does Japonicas accept custom orders? ~


  Yes, we do! We can customize your earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings,
  bag charms or mobile phone accessories.

  Please write to us at hello@japonicas.com on your preferences and share with
  us any sketch of the item you have in mind. We will try our best to accommodate.

~ Does Japonicas help to send gifts to my loved ones? ~


  Yes, we do! Inform us prior to making your purchase and we can include a gift
  tag with your personal message to the gift receiver. We ship worldwide.

~ What should I do if there are preferences such as color choice or size? ~


  Please write to us at hello@japonicas.com on your preferences prior to
  purchasing the item. We will advise and try our best to accommodate to
  your request.

~ Do I get to enjoy any discount for my purchase? ~


  a) A purchase of SGD100.00 or more within a single receipt entitles you to
  a $5 e-voucher for your next purchase.

  b) A purchase of SGD200.00 or more within a single receipt entitles you to
  a $10 e-voucher for your next purchase.

  c) If you accumulate SGD250.00 worth of receipts from Japonicas,
  you would be entitled to a Japonicas Friends Card.
  This card entitles you a 5% discount off all your future purchases!

~ What is Japonicas Friends Card? ~


  If you accumulate SGD250.00 worth of receipts from Japonicas, you would be
  entitled to a Japonicas Friends Card. This is actually a loyalty card to
  reward our loyal customers for making repeated purchases and for their
  dedicated support in Japonicas.

  This card entitles you a 5% discount off all your future purchases!

  Kindly note that this card is non-transferable.

~ What are e-vouchers and SMS-vouchers? ~


  We always try to minimize the use of paper if possible so all
  the Japonicas vouchers are in an electronic form. All vouchers
  will be emailed and SMS to you after your purchase.

  Conditions for use of e-voucher and SMS-voucher

  a) Each e-voucher and SMS-voucher has a unique serial number
  and can only be used once.

  b) The e-voucher and SMS-voucher issued for your purchase will be tagged to
  your name, contact number and email address.

  c) You can use the sms-voucher we sent to your hand phone during
  our bazaars or fairs and the e-voucher when you shop online. Please
  indicate the serial number under Remarks in your online order form.

  d) If you wish to transfer the vouchers to your friend, please
  authorize your friend to use the vouchers by:

    - If your friend is using the e-voucher online, you have to drop us an
    email to authorized your friend for the use e-voucher

    - If your friend is using the SMS-voucher at our humble stall
    during fairs or bazaar, you can forward the sms-voucher to your friend's
    hand phone directly hassle-free!

  In all situations, you are held responsible to the e-voucher and sms-voucher
  given to you. Please do not misuse or misplace them and Japonicas
  will only provide discount to the first person who produce the e-voucher
  or sms-voucher of any serial number.

~ What do I need to take note when shopping with Japonicas? ~


  All items are lovingly handcrafted by us. Please note that the differences
  in the finish and 'imperfections' are part of the inherent character
  and charm of the piece and should not be considered defects.

  Next, the photos may show a representation of what you will receive.
  Since each item is handcrafted, you may expect some minor differences
  from the photos shown. Many thanks for accommodating and appreciating
  the unique handmade nature of each Japonica.

~ How do I take care of my japonica? ~


  You are purchasing a unique, handmade design and it will require a
  little extra care and attention. If possible, wrap your japonica in a small
  piece of soft cloth and keep it the pouch you received it in. Place the
  pouch at a dry and cool place, away from sun and water. This is to
  keep your japonica safe from the environment.

  Please do not get your japonica in contact with any liquid, perfume, etc,
  which can tarnish silver and weaken metal components over the years,
  particularly if left out in a humid environment.

  It would be a good practice to remove your japonica when you are engaging
  in any form of exercise as vigorous movements may break the glass
  or crystal components, which in turn, may injure your good self.

  Care for your precious japonica and you will enjoy this lovingly crafted
  artwork for many years to come!

~ What about damages after some time of usage? ~


  We always encourage recycling and reusing to save our mother earth.
  Hence, please do not discard those lovingly created artwork, which will go
  into waste.

  Kindly inform us about the damages. We will assess if we can replace
  the damaged parts (with a minimal fee) and try our best to bring
  the sparkle back to life!

  Please note that you would have to pay for the postage for both send
  and return and a nominal fee for the new material parts. Alternatively,
  you can email us in advance and bring it to our bazaars or fairs for repairs.
